Welcome to Financially Mindful (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, coaching services, courses, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

5. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products are:

  • Delivered electronically
  • Non-refundable (unless otherwise stated)
  • Non-transferable
  • Intended for personal use only

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital content is prohibited.

6. Payments

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all associated fees
  • Allow charges through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe)

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

7. Refunds

All sales are final for digital products, courses, workshops, and coaching unless specified otherwise. Refund exceptions may be granted at our discretion for duplicate charges or technical errors.

8. Appointments & Cancellations

If you book a consultation or coaching session:

  • Please arrive on time
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
  • Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

This section describes how we use text messaging (SMS) in connection with our Services and is intended to meet carrier and industry requirements.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Financially Mindful, you may receive messages such as:

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided valid consent. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to communicate regarding the Services, resources, or appointments you request from Financially Mindful.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.

9.6 How to Opt Out of SMS Messages

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again in the future.
